Description
The Activity Management Board (AMB) runs the project's day-to-day operations.
Main tasks

Oversees the progress of the project;

Monitors the project's reports, Deliverables and Milestones;

Coordinates key project events;

Plans and assists in the coordination of partner reviews.
Membership
The AMB is composed by the project's work package leaders and the director. Each AMB member is entitled to one vote.
