Chair
The Collaboration Board (CB) has no permanent Chair. A Chair will be appointed for each meeting.
Description
The CB represents the project's partners and oversees the scientific and administrative implementation of the project's Description of Work.
Main tasks

Approves amendments to the project budget;

Approves amendments to the Consortium Agreement;
-
Approves amendments to the Grant Agreement;
-
And any issues referred to it by the PMB.
Membership
The CB is composed of a senior representative of each project partner, who is entitled to one vote. The CB may also invite members of Joint Research Units to attend meetings as observers.
