Description
The Project Management Board (PMB) monitors the project’s progress as reported by Deliverables and Milestones.
Main tasks
-
Approves or rejects the project's Deliverables;
-
Approves publications and press releases issued by the project;
-
Approves the nomination of Activity Managers;
-
Proposes to the Collaboration Board:
-
amendments to the work plan, work allocation and to the distribution of funding;
-
amendments to the Grant and Consortium Agreements;
-
changes regarding the beneficiaries of the project.

Membership
The PMB is composed of nominated representatives (or their designated deputies) from the Groupings, the project director and other non-voting members, suggested by the director and approved by the PMB. The groupings and the director have one vote each.
