Governance
EGI.eu is a foundation under Dutch law and was established with the notary on 8 February 2010. The statutes of the foundation are available in Dutch and English.
EGI.eu is registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 34380182. Extract of the registration with the CoC is available in Dutch and English.
EGI.eu is governed by a Council, which has representatives from all of its participants and is responsible for providing the long-term direction of the organisation, and the Executive Board which provides frequent guidance to the Director, who leads the organisation on a day-to-day basis. The current members of the Executive Board and Council are shown below.
