Forms and Surveys

OpenCMS has two modules for creating web forms and surveys.

Short guide

To create a new web form, click New in the left of the top bar, select Structured content, click Continue, select Alkalon Webform, choose name of the web page.

To create a new survey, click New in the left of the top bar, select Structured content, click Continue, select Alkalon Survey, choose name of the web page.

To create a new survey report, click New in the left of the top bar, select Structured content, click Continue, select Alkalon Survey Report , choose name of the web page.
