Are you Getting Enough?
The EGI.eu User Community Support Team has just issued a UCST Survey to NGIs in order to:
- gather information regarding the collaborative work between their ‘User Support Teams' and the scientific communities they aim to serve.
- gain a better understanding of the use of technical services that are operated for the NGI User Support Teams.
- collect information about NGI web-sites and services so that 'visitors' of the www.egi.eu website can be efficiently directed to national support teams.
The Survey has been sent to the registered NGI user support contacts. While these contacts will complete the survey on behalf of their NGIs, the real aim is to capture as much feedback as possible to help us improve our service. If you work in a team that supports scientific communities who use the European Grid Infrastructure, then here is a further chance for you to have your say and help strengthen the demands of your organisation.
There are just 12 questions – an early contribution to the survey will be greatly appreciated.
