About Mantychore
Mantychore will follow the Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) paradigm to enable National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) and other e-Infrastructure providers to enhance their service portfolio. This will be achieved by building and deploying software and tools to provide infrastructure resources (like routers, switches, optical devices), and IP networks as a service to virtual research communities.
Overview of the collaboration
Mantychore is working with EGI.eu to inform the European Grid Infrastructure (EGI) community of its technologies that enable networking as a service. This is carried out through active participation in EGI community events. EGI.eu has been tracking work performed by Mantychore and the evolution of its technologies and maturity for consideration within the EGI technology roadmap.
