Since their first edition in 2001, the Cracow Grid Workshops have become a discussion forum for researchers, developers, and practitioners who work in the fascinating field of e-Science, grid systems, and their applications.
The 2012 event (CGW'12) will take place between 22-24 October and the call for participation is now open. Organised by the Academic Computer Centre CYFRONET AGH and the Institute of Computer Science AGH, CGW'12 will be an opportunity to present scientific and technical achievements of the PL-Grid project in building the Polish e-Infrastructure, as well as to overview of research in the main European and national grid projects.
Main programme will focus on e-Science, system-level science and collaborative applications; models, methods and tools for collaborative applications development; virtual laboratories and problem solving environments, and other topics related to distributed computing infrastructures, grids and clouds.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the CGW'12 Abstract Book and a final version of the CGW'12 papers will be published in the Computer Science Journal following the event.
Deadline for abstract submission is: 10 September 2012
More information on programme and registration is available on the CW'12 website.
