The key goal of the Technical Forum is to reflect on the considerable progress made by the collaboration so far and looking forwards to the challenges of public availability, reusability and transparency of scientific methods and data in Open Science.

The aim is to continue the development of an open and sustainable EGI ecosystem that will support Open Science in the digital European Research Area.

The Programme Committee has released the first high-level overview of the Technical Programme, which is available at: http://go.egi.eu/tf12-timetable

The accepted abstracts will be allocated to sessions in five different tracks: Operations, Resource Infrastructure services, Virtualised Resources, Virtual Research Environments and Community & Coordination, after the reviewing process is finished.

The deadline for registration at discounted rates is 6 August 2012.
