Helpdesk

  • For existing users, familiar with the infrastructure, the EGI helpdesk portal is the most suitable option for problems experienced with the production infrastructure. NGIs and user communities provide the support personnel to the helpdesk to answer and deal with day-to-day issues. New users may find that their needs are best met by contacting the NGI for their own country

Feature requests

The infrastructure and support service requirements of EGI communities are captured, analysed and prioritised with a requirements tracking system. RT implements a transparent and open procedure that allows users, NGIs, technology providers and other partners to interact with the system to speed up the delivery of solutions.
