Active users of EGI who already have a personal certificate and/or are members of Virtual Organisations can request user support through the GGUS system.
The User Community Support Team of EGI.eu and the User Support Teams of the NGIs provide various types of support services for users and can advise individuals, user groups and representatives of large, international collaborations on how to engage with EGI.
