Registration is now open for FitSM courses
Registration is now open for two FitSM Advanced Level Courses that will take place in Amsterdam this November.
FitSM is a lightweight approach to professionally managing services. It brings order and traceability to a complex area and provides simple, practical support in getting started with ITSM.
FitSM trainings and certifications provide crucial help in providing services and improving their management. They provide a common conceptual and process model, set out straightforward and realistic requirements and link them to supporting materials.
The following FitSM trainings are now open for registration:
- 18-20 November 2019: FitSM Advanced Training in Service Planning and Delivery (SPD): this two-day Advanced level course aims to provide individuals with deeper knowledge into the ITSM processes focusing on service planning and delivery.
- 20-22 November 2019: FitSM Advanced Training in Service Operation and Control (SOC): this two-day Advanced level course aims to provide individuals with deeper knowledge of the ITSM processes focusing on service operation and control.
