Registration is now open for two FitSM Advanced Level Courses that will take place in Amsterdam this November.
FitSM is a lightweight approach to professionally managing services. It brings order and traceability to a complex area and provides simple, practical support in getting started with ITSM.
FitSM trainings and certifications provide&nbsp;crucial help in providing services and improving their management. They provide&nbsp;a common conceptual and process model, set out straightforward and realistic requirements and link&nbsp;them to supporting materials.
The following FitSM trainings are now open for registration:

<li>18-20&nbsp;November 2019:&nbsp;<a href="https://indico.egi.eu/indico/event/4805/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">FitSM Advanced Training in Service Planning and Delivery</a>&nbsp;(SPD): this two-day Advanced level course aims to provide individuals with&nbsp;deeper knowledge&nbsp;into the&nbsp;ITSM processes focusing on service planning and delivery.</li>
<li>20-22&nbsp;November 2019:&nbsp;<a href="https://indico.egi.eu/indico/event/4806/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">FitSM Advanced Training in Service Operation and Control</a>&nbsp;(SOC): this two-day Advanced level course aims to provide individuals with&nbsp;deeper knowledge&nbsp;of the&nbsp;ITSM processes focusing on service operation and control.</li>
