AutoDock Vina is an open-source program for doing molecular docking.
It was designed and implemented by Dr. Oleg Trott in the Molecular Graphics Lab at The Scripps Research Institute.
AutoDock Vina can be accessed via the EGI Applications on Demand service.
AutoDock Vina uses Cloud Compute resources offered by several EGI cloud providers: CESGA (Spain), RECAS-BARI (Italy) and INFN-CATANIA-STACK (Italy).
