FANTEN

A tool for the structural analysis of NMR observables

FANTEN (Finding ANisotropy TENsors) is a user-friendly web tool for the determination of anisotropy tensors. It is freely available through the WeNMR gateway. The models output by FANTEN can be submitted directly to the HADDOCK server for further refinement.

The FANTEN portal is provided by Magnetic Resonance Center of the University of Florence and the Interuniversity consortium CIRMMP.

The portal was developed under the WestLife project and EGI-Engage MoBrain Competence Centre.

Access policy

The FANTEN portal is free to use and does not require registration.

FANTEN & EGI

The FANTEN portal uses local CPU resources. The HADDOCK-based refinement of FANTEN models exploits CPU resources provided by EGI High-Throughput Compute services.

There is no need for a local software installation.
