EGI2025 Registraton now Open!
I am happy to announce that ticket sales for EGI2025 are now live! Reserve your spot now and join us at the Palacio de la Magdalena in Santander, Spain, from June 2nd to June 6th, 2025. Right now, early bird tickets are available until May 2nd.
Currently, we are having our Early Bird sale: you can buy tickets for the full conference (350 EUR, this includes access to side events on Monday, Tuesday and Friday), buy individual day tickets or combination tickets. If you want to lock in this tariff, make sure to book your ticket before May 2nd eod, afterwards prices will go up.
You can also buy a ticket for our conference dinner, which will take place on Wednesday June 3rd at the Gran Casino Sardinero. We will add more social activities to the programme soon!
As our Call for Contributions is still live, we cannot spill much details about the programme yet, but in order to plan your travel, we can already sketch the big outlines:
- Monday June 2nd: Side events (closed and open)
- Tuesday June 3rd: Side events and Project Meetings (closed and open), Exhibition Start and Opening Reception
- Wednesday June 4th: Main Conference, Project Dinner
- Thursday June 5th: Main Conference
- Friday June 6th: Side events and Project Meetings (closed and open)
