With this Access Call, EGI offers its services and related user support and training to individual researchers, national and international research projects, research communities, research infrastructures and commercial research entities.
The Offer
Selected applications will be granted sponsored access and use of EGI services and resources. EGI offers compute and storage resources, compute platform services, data management services, and related user support and training through this call. The resources and services offered via this grant are sponsored by various national funding agencies and are free to access for the use cases selected through the call.

Selection and Results
EGI supports the integration of new scientific use case applications in the EGI Federated Infrastructure under the following new conditions:
- Proposals for scientific use cases will go through a review by independent experts from the EGI Federation. As part of this review, the main objectives, the overall level of maturity and feasibility of the use case will be evaluated. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the evaluation within three weeks from the submission date.
- If the outcome is positive, EGI will run a match-making process aiming to identify the most suitable service providers and allocate the required resources. These resources can be national or international, depending on the coverage of the request and its expected impact.
- Experts from EGI will monitor the integration plans of the use case regularly, providing assistance and support to address technical issues and disseminate outstanding results.
