It is our great pleasure to present you the EGI2026 partner brochure. Every year, the EGI conference brings together scientists, service providers, technical experts, policy makers, and early-career researchers together to present their work, join workshops and trainings, participate in project meetings, and overall to experience the pleasure of meeting each other in person (again).
This year, the conference brings us to lovely Ghent where we will take over the historic 13th century ‘Bijloke’ venue for an engaging and full conference programme.
As every year, we will welcome a select number of partners and sponsors in our exhibition area. During the core days of the conference, these partners get the opportunity to engage with our audience during the coffee and lunch breaks. In addition, there are opportunities to participate in the programme (through a side event, a workshop, or a sponsored talk) and to generate visibility for your organisation, project, or company.

Please keep in mind that places are limited and that we work on a first-come-first-served basis. Although the deadline for applications is June 1st 2026, we might be forced to close the applications if all spots on our exhibition floor are taken!
