EOSC Symposium 2026

The EOSC Symposium 2026 will take place from 14 to 16 October in Florence, Italy. As the EOSC flagship event, the Symposium annually brings together the entire stakeholder community, including researchers, policy-makers,  organisations and infrastructures to share and celebrate the latest developments around EOSC and the EOSC Federation. EGI at the EOSC Symposium

The EGI Foundation is involved in the Symposium in several ways:

• Service Delivery and Information Security Lead, Matthew Viljoen, is one of the speakers in the session “EOSC Federation Federating Capabilities” on 15 October, 14:30-15:45.
• EOSC Liaison Manager and Strategy & Innovation Team Lead, Dale Robertson, co-chairs the session “Business Models for the EOSC Federation” on 15 October, 16:30-17:45.
• IAM Solutions Manager, Valeria Ardizzone, is one of the speakers in the session “EOSC and Data Spaces” on 15 October, 16:30-17:45.
• The EGI Node will be featured at the exhibition throughout the Symposium. Come meet our team to learn more about how EGI contributes to the EOSC Federation.
