Neurodesk: Enabling Reproducible Neuroimaging Research with EGI Services

Neurodesk is an open, cloud-enabled platform designed to make neuroimaging research more accessible, reproducible, and scalable. In this talk, Steffen Bollmann will present how Neurodesk integrates with EGI services to provide a flexible environment for deploying containerized neuroimaging tools, supporting researchers in running workflows across desktops, clouds, and HPC systems. About the presenter
Dr. Steffen Bollmann is a neuroscientist and research software engineer with extensive expertise in neuroimaging, computational neuroscience, and reproducible science. He is the lead developer of Neurodesk, an open-source platform that provides containerized, ready-to-use neuroimaging tools to support reproducible and scalable research. Steffen has held senior research positions at the University of Queensland and is currently visiting Stanford University, where he continues to advance computational methods for brain imaging. His work bridges neuroscience and research infrastructure, enabling scientists worldwide to access powerful tools through platforms such as EGI services.
