We are happy to announce that registration is open for all 4 FitSM training, certification levels and expert courses. The trainings are organised by the EGI Foundation and will take place throughout June 2017, at the EGI Foundation headquarters in Amsterdam.

The available courses and dates are the following:

6-9 June 2017

• FitSM Foundation: 6 June (13:00 start) – 7 June (12:30 end)
• FitSM Advanced Service Planning and Delivery (SPD): 7 June 13:00 (start) – 9 June (13:00 end)

19-23 June 2017

• FitSM Advanced Service Operations and Control (SOC): 19 June 13:00 (start) – 21 June (13:00 end)
• FitSM Expert: 21 June 13:00 (start) – 23 June (13:00 end)
