New Chipster paper published in EMBnet.journal

The Chipster team recently published a paper in EMBnet.journal on how Chipster can be launched in the EGI Federated Cloud.

Chipster is a user-friendly data analysis platform for bioinformatics. The paper, entitled Set up your own bioinformatics server: Chipster in EGI Federated Cloud, provides instructions on how Chipster can be used within the EGI Federated Cloud by any European researcher or small research groups.

The Chipster platform was developed by CSC – IT Center for Science in Finland and can use cloud computing resources provided by EGI. Rutherford Appleton Laboratory hosts the CernVM File System that provides scientific tools and data sets for Chipster servers running on the EGI Federated Cloud.

The full paper is available in open access as a pdf.
