Levente Farkas works as a Cloud Solutions Architect at EGI Foundation since June 2021. He designs, validates, and develops technical solutions to fulfill EGI’s commitment to the ongoing projects, while also acting as a technical advisor to the Strategy and Innovation Team Lead.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s Computer Science degrees from the Technical University of Timisoara, with a master thesis on web search engines. His past experience includes commercial projects involving data security, multimedia encoding & streaming, file systems, code analysis tools, knowledge management systems, trading platforms, and innovating General Electric Healthcare’s Centricity radiology information system using speech recognition.
