Marcos Llopis is a Systems Administrator and IT Support Officer at the EGI Foundation. He contributes to the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of organisational digital services, ensuring structured and efficient service delivery aligned with internal policies and governance frameworks. He contributes to the evolution and optimisation of EGI’s operational services, working closely with internal teams to align technical operations with organisational policies and strategic objectives.
He actively supports information security and compliance processes, including the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 controls and risk management practices. His work combines operational expertise with structured service management principles and a strong security mindset.
He holds an Advanced Technical Degree in Telecommunications and Computer Systems and certifications in IT Service Management (FitSM) and Cybersecurity Incident Response (TRANSITS I – CSIRT). He is committed to continuous professional development and to strengthening resilient, well-governed digital environments.
