Zané Hanekom

HR Assistant

Zané Hanekom is the  HR Specialist at EGI Foundation since April 2021. She is responsible for the payroll administration of all EGI employees and is the first point of contact for HR and Payroll related matters. She attends to HR-related tasks and is involved in daily HR administration. She oversees and maintains HR records, internal policies, procedures and handbooks. She also assists with administration during the recruiting processes and helps to onboard new employees. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
