New and extended service level agreements

We are very pleased to announce the following new and extended service level agreements:

OPERAS

OPERAS is a research infrastructure supporting open scholarly communication in the social sciences and humanities in Europe. Its mission is to coordinate resources to efficiently address the scholarly communication needs of European researchers in the field of humanities. To support these activities, OPERAS has signed an agreement with EGI to use Cloud Compute and Online Storage resources from the IN2P3-IRES provider.

OpenRiskNet

OpenRiskNet is operating an open e-Infrastructure providing services for supporting scientific communities requiring risk assessment, including chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, therapeutic agents and nanomaterials.

Through an SLA agreement with EGI, OpenRiskNet is using Cloud Compute and Online Storage from the EGI provider IFCA-LCG2. In the context of the EGI-ACE project, the OpenRiskNet risk assessment infrastructure will be further optimised to better integrate with other services of EGI-ACE, including AAI, HPC, Cloud and Jupyter for making the provided data sources more visible with data from other relevant communities.

NBIS

The National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden is a distributed national research infrastructure supported by the Swedish Research Council providing bioinformatics support to life science researchers. NBIS has extended a service level agreement with EGI which allows the infrastructure to use Cloud Compute and Online Storage services from the IN2P3-IRES, INFN-CLOUD-BARI and TR-FC1-ULAKBIM providers.
