TANGO Project featured at EGI2025

At the recent EGI2025 conference, TANGO contributed by exhibiting two posters showcasing some of the project's work.

The first poster, "A White Paper on Ensuring Data Sovereignty: TANGO Platform Solution for Secure and Trusted Data Flows Across Europe", focused on the activities of T8.6 led by EGI, in particular those around the preparation of policy recommendations on the best practices for secure data exchange, distributed infrastructures strengthening European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures and the establishment of Data Spaces in accordance with the TANGO Distributed Framework.

The second poster, "A Secure and Sustainable Platform for Trustworthy Data Sharing in Europe", presented a high-level overview of the results and the TANGO platform. TANGO developed a comprehensive platform for secure, trustworthy, and environmentally sustainable data management and sharing. By integrating advanced technologies such as energy-efficient blockchain solutions, privacy-preserving data storage, and AI-driven infrastructure management, TANGO ensures data sovereignty, governance, and provenance for citizens, businesses, and public administrations across Europe. The platform's capabilities have been validated across six diverse use cases, including Smart Hospitality, Autonomous Vehicle Transport, Smart Manufacturing, FinTech, Public Administration, and the Retail Sector. Through these efforts, TANGO empowers stakeholders with user-friendly tools for data ownership and control, fostering cross-sector collaboration while addressing environmental challenges.
