The EGI Federation comprises almost 300 data centres located mainly in Europe in countries represented by the EGI Council. Additional data centres are hosted by other European countries and integrated resources in Canada, the USA, Latin America, North Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
The EGI Core is a federation and management platform that pool together the various resources. The EGI Federated Cloud Platform (FedCloud) is a federated cloud infrastructure. The EGI High-Throughput Computing Platform (EGI HTC) offers large scale batch processing.
